Thank you for visiting our online service booking menu. All booked appointments are requests until confirmed by our booking team. Your appointment booking may require adjustment based on stylist recommendations and we will contact you during normal business hours.

Service Guarantee- We will be glad to make any service corrections within 24 HOURS of a haircut or coloring and ONE WEEK of any retexturizing service as long as proper care and home maintenance instructions were followed. We prefer for you to see the same stylist who performed the original service, but you are welcome to see an alternate stylist for your correction if you prefer.

There are no full refunds on products or services received.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice. Any appointments canceled after 48hrs may be subject to a 50% cancelation fee.
